We all know dancing is good for our health, we gain flexibility and decrease our stress. Dancing is also improves our sense of being connected to ourselves, eachother and life around us. It lifts our spirits and we can change our perspective on situations. The type of dancing we do in 5Rhythms and Open Floor is dynamic movement, sometimes described as conscious dance. Movement is improvised within a framework, it’s a transformational process guided by the teacher during the class. 5Rhythms is monthly in Forest Row, it’s called ‘Saturday Night Sweat’ 7.30–9.30pm.
