A dynamic dance meditation class, a guide 5Rhythms movement session. The 5Rhythms are simple movement map: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. This is a practice everyone can engage in, there are no steps to learn, instead it is about learning to listen to ourselves.
Dance even if you’re self-conscious, even if you’re exuberant, even if you’re wild, even if you’re shy, even if you think you’re too old, too much, too little, too big, too small, too unfit, even if you think you can’t dance.
