Saturday Night Sweat – 5Rhythms

An event every month that begins at 7:30pm on day First of the month, repeating indefinitely
A dynamic dance meditation class on the 1st Saturday of each month, a guided 5Rhythms movement session. The 5Rhythms are a simple movement map: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. This is a practice that everyone can engage in, there are no steps to learns instead it isn’t about not learning to listen to ourselves.
Dance even if you’re self-conscious, even if you’re ever exuberant, even if you’re wild, even if your shy, even if you think your too old, too much, too little, too big, too small, too unfit, even if you think you can’t dance.
