Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have taken all of our services online.
We are still providing 1:1 personal training (PT) services through online platforms such as Skype and Zoom. PT sessions are written specifically to meet your needs and full 1:1 instruction is provided.
In addition to personal training, we are providing weekly bodyweight workout sessions, writing bespoke training plans and providing nutrition advice for our clients.
If you have found yourself with more spare time due to being at home, why not take advantage of this opportunity to improve your strength and diet.
After all, sufficient exercise and good nutrition are an excellent way to improve your immunity and reduce the risk of illness and injury in the long term.
