Natasha Kaplinsky

Barcombe Village Hall, Barcombe, nr Lewes (just 30 minutes from Forest Row) is the place to be on Friday 15th October 2021 at 7.30pm. Natasha Kaplinsky, Patron of The Bevern Trust, will host a dinner and auction to celebrate the tireless work of the charity and the residents of Bevern View, whilst simultaneously raising much needed funds.

Guests will enjoy a delicious three-course meal, have the opportunity to purchase some outstanding artwork, take part in a thrilling auction and be entertained by Natasha Kaplinsky as she shares stories of her celebrity life.

In 2019 we celebrated 20 years of caring for profoundly disabled people at our purpose built care home Bevern View. In that time the home has expanded and adapted to the changing nature of adult social care. However, our ethos of loving and person-centred care has not changed.

At Bevern View, we offer a full suite of activities in our sensory room, hydrotherapy in our pool, gardening and other activities like music and art therapy which are all designed to improve the lives of the vulnerable people we care for.

Compassionate care is at the centre of Bevern View. Everything we do is based on each person’s strengths and gifts, whilst involving the most important people in their lives – their family. As a charity we aspire to a time when every parent with a disabled child has services in place that offer love and support.

At our home Bevern View, we offer love, care, freedom and opportunity for some of the most marginalised people in society.

This fundraising evening will help support the vital hydrotherapy pool and therapy services which are so essential for the residents. Natasha Kaplinsky, Patron of The Bevern Trust explains: “I am so looking forward to this wonderful evening and to sharing the work of the Bevern Trust with a wider audience. I am very proud to be able to help support the amazing Bevern Trust which provides outstanding residential care for eleven profoundly disabled young adults.”
